Yes. There's a one-time, non-refundable $52 building registration fee, paid directly to the building association. After booking, send us your email and a copy of your government-issued ID (Driver's License or Passport for U.S. citizens; passport main page for international guests) so we can submit your registration and ensure smooth access.
